7Mind is one of the leading providers of digital content for mental wellbeing through mindfulness, meditation and healthy sleep in the DACH region. The acquisition creates an all-encompassing consumer digital platform for physical and mental fitness and wellbeing with >650,000 paying subscribers.

EGO HUMRICH WYEN had already successfully advised Oakley on the acquisition of 7NXT in 2020 and has now, in close coordination with other teams of consultants, also provided comprehensive legal advice to 7NXT on the acquisition of 7Mind.
